Lahsun Chutney Recipe

Lahsun Chutney Recipe: Lahsun Chutney, or Garlic Chutney, is a spicy and tangy condiment made primarily with garlic, red chili powder, and other spices. It’s a common accompaniment in Indian cuisine.


  • 2 heads of peeled and cloved garlic,

  • 6-8 tbsp red chili powder

  • 1/4 tsp toasted and ground fennel seeds,

  • 1 Juice Lemon

  • Salt To Taste


  • Grind all the ingredients in a blender using very little water.
  • Chill before serving.
  • Keep in an airtight container,
  • Can keeps for a couple of days.
