  • Ingredients: 1/2 cup sprouted moong dal, salt to taste, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp oil.

  • Instructions: Wash and drain the poha. Add hot water and cover for 2 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion and green chili. Saute until translucent. 3. Masala Omelette:

  • Ingredients: 2 eggs, 1/4 tsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp chopped green chili, salt to taste, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp oil.
  • Instructions: Beat the eggs in a bowl with salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and chopped onion and green chili. Heat oil in a pan. Pour the egg mixture and spread evenly. Cook until the bottom is set. Fold the omelette in half and cook for another minute. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.

4. Fruit Chaat:

  • Ingredients: 1 apple, 1 banana, 1/2 cup grapes, 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds, 1 tbsp lemon juice, honey to taste, chopped mint leaves.
  • Instructions: Chop the apple and banana into small pieces. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice and honey. Mix well and garnish with chopped mint leaves.

5. Curd Rice:

  • Ingredients: 1 cup cooked rice, 1 cup curd (beaten), salt to taste, chopped cucumber, chopped tomato, chopped green chili, chopped coriander leaves.
  • Instructions: Mix cooked rice with beaten curd and salt. Add chopped cucumber, tomato, green chili, and coriander leaves. Mix well and serve chilled.
