Ingredients
Onion :- 2
Oil :- ½ cup
Ladyfingers :- 400 gms
Pomegranate seeds powder :- 2 tbsp
Lemon juice :- 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder :- 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder :- ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Garam Masala Powder :- ½ tsp
Red Chilli Powder :- 1 tsp
Directions
- The ladyfingers should be washed, wiped and trimmed.
- A deep slit should be slit on one side of the ladyfinger so that a pocket is made.
- The onions should be finely sliced.
- Turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, pomegranate seed powder, salt and 4 tbsp of oil should be added so that a thick paste is formed.
- The ladyfinger should be stuffed with the masala paste.
- The oil should be heated up in a pot and the onions should be stirred and fried for 2-3 minutes or till they become translucent.
- The ladyfinger should be gently slithered and stirred fried on medium flame for a couple of minutes, all the while turning it.
- Lemon juice should be sprinkled and then served hot.
