Sukha Aloo Recipe

Potatoes are used as vegetables in most of the curries and gravy. Potatoes give us good protection from Stomach ulcers, acidity and are generally said to be good for your heart

Sukha Aloo

Mango powder – ½ tsp
Oil – 3 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
Kadi pata – as per need
Potatoes – 5 – 6 nos
Green chilies – 2 – 3 nos
Red chili powder – ½ tsp

Method Of Preparation
1)Take oil in the pan.
2)Heat the oil up, and put in kadi pata, red chili powder and green chilies. Mix these ingredients well.
3)Take the potatoes and cut it into cubes of small sizes, put them in this mixture. Fry the potatoes.
4)When the potatoes appear half cooked put in mango powder and salt.
5)Again mix it well
